Refund requests can be made by replying to your ticket confirmation email.

Refunds can only be considered up to 7 days prior to the event. Refund requests made after this time will be issued with a voucher amounting to 50% of the original purchase price, which can be used against the purchase of tickets to future events. 

Refunds requested within 48hrs of any event cannot be issued
