2. Scope

This policy applies to all members, participants, volunteers, directors, staff, and anyone involved in activities organised by Gay City Bowlers CIC.

4. Responsibilities

• Directors and Leadership: Responsible for implementing this policy, ensuring it is upheld, and addressing any concerns or breaches.

• Volunteers and Members: Expected to treat everyone with respect and contribute to an inclusive environment.


5. Reporting and Addressing Concerns

If anyone experiences or witnesses discrimination, harassment, or any form of unfair treatment, they are encouraged to report it to a designated representative. All reports will be handled confidentially and fairly, with appropriate action taken.


6. Review and Monitoring

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains effective and reflects best practices in equality, diversity, and inclusion. Any updates will be communicated to all involved in Gay City Bowlers CIC.
